Chelsea Kaden is the Chief People Officer of Warby Parker, leading talent strategy and operations for the company.
Prior to joining Warby Parker in 2019, Chelsea spent over six years as the Vice President and Global Head of Total Rewards and People Operations at Gerson Lehrman Group, a technology-enabled learning platform that connects top professionals with experts. From 2006 to 2012, Chelsea was a director of human resources at Investment Technology Group where she held various roles across benefits, compensation, and HR operations. Before that, she was a health and welfare benefits consultant.
A Philadelphia native, Chelsea graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations.
