Kim Nemser is the Chief Product and Supply Chain Officer of Warby Parker, leading merchandising, planning, product strategy, sourcing and product development, manufacturing, and supply chain operations across the business.
Before joining Warby Parker in 2016, Kim started her career in finance working as an analyst for UBS Investment Bank and then for BAAM, the hedge fund arm of The Blackstone Group. After four years, Kim pivoted to work in the fashion industry, where she worked for two years at Tods, an Italian leather goods company, before moving to J.Crew. She spent seven years at J. Crew working in women’s merchandising, most recently as a Vice President overseeing women’s apparel, footwear and accessories.
A native of Falmouth, Maine, Kim graduated from Dartmouth College. She currently sits on the board of 3 private companies, Sarah Flint, a luxury footwear brand, SISU Clinic, a Dublin-based aesthetics company and Ledge, a Houston-based outdoor lifestyle brand. She is also a member of Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Leadership Council. Kim lives in Greenwich, Connecticut with her husband, Adam, and their two children.
